A Photocard is required when travelling with most Season Tickets and must be obtained before purchasing your ticket.

These are issued free of charge at any staffed railway station, please take a recent passport size photo and ID to the ticket office and it will be issued straight away.

Please note any form of railcard (including 16-25 Railcards) cannot be used as a Photocard.

For your Season Ticket to be valid, you must show both your Season Ticket and photocard with matching numbers if requested by any rail staff.
