If you requested to collect your tickets from a self service ticket machine but have not collected them you can apply for a refund online by clicking on the refund button in the My Account area of your profile with us.


If your tickets have already been sent out to you in the post or are already collected from a self service ticket machine then you will need to return them to us in order to claim a refund. We would recommend that you send your tickets to us by recorded delivery.
